Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of placement.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping will be initiated only after confirmation via WhatsApp or Phone.
Returns Policy
At KEDY, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 5-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Phone to request a return.
- Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoices.
- Once approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pick-up at your convenience.
Reverse Pick-Up Fee
- A flat Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund per order to cover reverse shipment costs.
- Note: This fee is per order, not per item. For example, if your order contains multiple items, only one deduction of Rs. 100 will apply.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
